Civil District Court information is derived from the Maryland Judiciary Court System and delivered twice a month through
electronic mail. All defendants sent are verified not to have obtained counsel.
Our service will not give you the same case more than once.
Our software provides you with all the necessary information to include in your advertising letter. Information included in
your spreadsheet is the following:
- Plaintiff information consisting of Last Name, First Name and Middle Name
- Defendant information consisting of Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, StreetAddress, City, State and Zipcode
- CaseNumber, Complaint Amount, Filing Date and Claim Type
- Hearing Type, Trial Date/Time, Location and Room (When scheduled/known)
You can choose to select or filter the information you receive based on the above information. You can choose your lowest bottom value
for Complaint Amount.
